The community is a fine mix of single family homes, maintenance-free villas, and condominiums. The Meadows is a great location convenient to a brand new shopping mall being built on University parkway, plus its only about 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota, and the world class beaches, cultural activities, and fine downtown dining Sarasota has to offer.
