Golf village homes are built around the links and fairways with membership and an initiation fee being required of the residents in this subdivision. The membership is included in the HOA but golf cart fees are extra. Membership includes access to Sarasota National’s Bar and Grill and pro shop. Many of the homes offer 2 to 3 bedroom 3 to 4 baths, a den and 2 and 3 car attached garage. Residences have gourmet kitchens, den/office and impressive outdoor living spaces.
